What are we up to?
At ICE, we have several types of events that you can join:
Drop-in Classes
All are welcome at our weekly improv drop-ins! These regular sessions are designed to be accessible for absolute beginners. All levels of experience are welcome to join. We have many newcomers as well as regulars, all of whom were once just like you - people looking for fun, community, and laughter. There are no prerequisites and no sign-up necessary— come as you are!
When: Weekly on Tuesdays from 19:00 - 21:00
Where: Dynamo Room 7
Cost: €7. Paid at the location via a QR Code, Dutch bank payment link or cash.

Showjams
Come watch and play improvised theater at our monthly Saturday showjam! The first half is a show: improv performances done by pre-selected groups. The second half will be a jam: improv done by volunteers from the audience. That can be you! Whether you want to watch other people do silly stuff on stage or be a part the silliness yourself, this is the night for you. Doors at 19:30. Show starts at 20:00. There will be a 20 minute break at 21:00.

Fundamentals Course (coming Autumn 2026!)
This course is for people who want to learn the basics of improv thetre. It’s suitable those with no experience to those who have been joining our drop-ins (or equivalent experience) for a little while.
When: Weekly Wednesdays from 19:30 - 21:30, 8 sessions from 21 October - 9 December

Intermediate Course (coming Autumn 2026!)
This course is for people who have at least 1 - 2 years’ experience with improv theatre, know the fundamentals and want to learn how to make consistent interesting scenes.
When: Weekly Mondays from 19:30 - 21:30, 8 sessions from 19 October - 7 December

Workshops
Scheduled about once a quarter, these range in topic and level. Some of our past workshops included: Many workshops are followed by showcases, where students get to perform what they learned in the workshop in front of an audience. For information regarding upcoming workshops, please email us.
